Custom Printed Products Are Final Sale

Because every box is custom printed to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than verified production defects. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.

Production Defects

If your order arrives with a verified production defect — including misprints, structural damage caused during production, or significant deviation from your approved artwork — we will:

  • Reprint your order at no charge, or
  • Issue a full or partial refund at our discretion

To initiate a defect claim, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the defective boxes (all sides)
  3. A brief description of the issue

Shipping Damage

If your boxes arrive damaged due to shipping, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the claim.

Basic Package — Special Note

Basic package orders are final sale with no exceptions beyond production defects. Because Basic does not include a digital proof, please double-check your text entry before submitting your order.

Subscription Orders

Subscription renewals follow the same policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date to avoid future charges. Charges already processed for a renewal order are subject to the same final sale policy.
